Cold Galvanising

ACE partnered with Hana Paint for its highly acclaimable Zinc Tech Cold Galvanising. Zinc Tech is a Japanese formula that has been around for more than 50 years. It is a Zinc rich dry fil, galvanising system. Known to be the equivalent to Hop-dipped galvanising (HDG).

The use of ultra-fine Zinc particles in the paint film is made to protect metals from corrosion far longer than any other technology. The advantage of using Cold Galv as compared to HDG is the flexibility it provides. There are no limitations for size or transportability of the item as Cold Galv can be done anywhere at variable weather conditions. It comes highly recommended as a corrosion protection solution to high tensile steel.
