Current Setup

Ace Surface Treatment has a current setup of 2600m² in factory space. It consists of an auto chamber blasting machine with chamber and a rolling sand machine. Our auto chamber blasting machine capable to blast most of the steel item for shipbuilding and construction on the market. Our Auto Chamber Blasting Machine provides top grade blasting for large, odd shaped parts that would otherwise require manual blasting

Each lot will only require 10-15 minutes to complete. The rolling sand machine is used for smaller item such as pipe fittings and small size steel products. This gives Ace a monthly capacity of 50,000 m^2.
